Just in time for Christmas, we are releasing our latest vintage of Lucy Kuhlman. If you want to try this rare, premium red wine in advance, we are doing tastings for Heavens Wildlife Rescue this Saturday – donate what you can in exchange for a taste of this upcoming release. We have always found our community to be wonderful in their donations of this good cause, so please join us from 11-6.
Tasting notes from the latest release:
This full bodied, well balanced, deep ruby red wine has grippy tannins, with bumbleberry, cherry, leather, tobacco, dusty cocoa powder and cassis on the nose. It has almond, tart cherry and rich earthy notes on the tongue, with a soft finish that lingers on the palate. It will be a great accompaniment to dark chocolate, stuffed ravioli in a mushroom sauce, arugula topped pizza, asparagus in a dill sauce, or just on its own.
